Like most indoor aquatic venue environments today across the country, Shepard Swim School was dealing with a harsh and corrosive indoor air environment. Humidity, combined with uncomfortable indoor air filled with harmful and corrosive chloramines, a harmful by-product of chlorine oxidation. The installation of a new Paddock Evacuator System solved this issue for them!

In 2015, the Leisure Pool & Spa Supply team was brought in by Warsaw Community Schools to complete a redesign of their swimming pool’s steel perimeter gutters. This commercial renovation project reduced the chance of injury and created the option for the future installation of a new liner.

As part of its amenities, the South Bend Country Club features a 25-yard lap pool and pool clubhouse for golfers and their families to relax after a round. In 2019, Premier Aquatic Construction, dba, the commercial division of Leisure Pool & Spa Supply completed a full mechanical renovation. This ensured smooth operation and compliance with code.

In 2018, Premier Aquatic Construction, dba, the commercial construction division of Leisure Pool & Spa Supply completed a full renovation of Wawasee High School’s pool mechanical room. Mechanical room renovations may not be ‘sexy’ but they are critical to the safety and longevity of operation of any professional aquatic facility.

Our commercial construction division, Premier Aquatic Construction, was sub-contracted by Michiana Contracting to oversee the installation of the splash pad portion of the overall project including; spray features,  recirculation equipment, and a 2,000 gallon reservoir tank.

In spring 2016 Camp Atterbury discovered that their training pool had suffered structural damage during the winter. Having been Camp Atterbury’s solely trusted commercial pool service provider since 2012, it was our team who was brought in to provide initial aquatic consulting services to asses damage and provide recommendations on how to move forward.

Plaza 618’s spray pad was a last minute addition after which, through value engineering, the redevelopment commission was able to save enough funds to cover the costs of the spray pad’s addition. After some preliminary consulting,  our commercial construction division, Premier Aquatic Construction, was selected by the City of LaPorte to build the spray pad.

Patrons of New Haven’s Jury Pool continue to enjoy the exciting addition of an Aqua Zip’N play feature. This unique product was installed by our team in the summer of 2017. The Aqua Zip’N is a cross between a traditional rope swing and a zip line. The Aqua Zip’N is defining a new era of aquatic recreation and play.

The City of Nappanee, Indiana knew they had issues with their municipal pool however they didn’t know where and how to start addressing them. That’s when they contacted our firm. Right away we began a series of on-site inspections, collecting data, and held a series of meetings with the Parks & Rec. Dept. in order to gain an understanding of the City’s goals and project budget.

Leisure Pool & Spa Supply, Inc./Premier Aquatic Construction, dba, worked with the the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana in the creation of a new splash pad. This project was completed in 2016 and continues to serve the city and the surrounding community. Click the link above to learn more.
