Test Report Portal Frequently Asked Questions

  • I failed a test. What do I do?

    • Answer: First off, check to see in which area you failed. (HPC, E-Coli, Coliform) this will give you a better idea of what steps you will need to take to come into compliance. The maximum number of failed tests is either two in a row or three in a six week period. If you are shut down by your health department, you must pass a test in order to reopen. These can be completed on either your normal test days or in extenuating circumstances, special tests may possibly be scheduled for an additional fee.
  • What Do HPC, E-Coli, and Coliform mean?

    • HPC stands for heterotrophic plate count. This is a measure of bacteriological colony formation in the water. You are allowed up to 200 colonies before this is considered a fail. Any result over 300 colonies is counted as >300.
    • E-coli – If e-Coli is present in the water, this is an automatic fail.
    • Coliform – If Coliform is present in the water, this is an automatic fail.
  • I am entering my ClientID into the portal, but my results are not showing up.

    • Answer: Make sure you are entering hyphens between each section of the number. –  Example: 555-555-5555.
      • For current clients, check your last faxed report to see which number is associated with your account.
    • Ensure you are using the primary property number associated with your account.
    • If after trying these options you are still unable to access your results, please email support@leisurepoolinc.com.
  • I can’t get the portal to show up on my IOS (Apple) Mobile Device.

    • Safari’s privacy settings (Safari Security Policy) block some functionality of the browser that our platform needs for our Portal to display correctly.
    • Go to Settings and go to Safari settings-> Preferences-> Privacy and uncheck checkboxes: and then recheck.
    • Leave “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” off.
  • I just got tested. When will the results be live?

    • Answer: The lab must hold the test results for 48 hours to complete the tests. They then compile all of the results and send them to your county’s health department and to us, to upload to our portal. You should see your results live on our portal within four days of the test sample pickup.
  • Will these results be emailed/faxed to me?

    • Answer: We ended the faxing of results in December of 2018. Once test results are completed, they are sent directly to your county’s health department and uploaded to our online portal. This portal is currently the method we use for you to access your results.
